At the time, he wore a black baseball hat worn backwards, black sunglasses with gold detailing on the right side, a black T-shirt with white graphics on the front and right shoulder, blue jean shorts, white socks and black shoes. The two sought individuals are described as a White woman of medium build wearing a black off-the-shoulder shirt with graphic, black leggings, white shoes, and carrying a black tote bag, and a Black man with a heavy build and short hair styled in locks, wearing a white and black shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. The seller had arranged to meet a potential buyer through Facebook Marketplace, but the male suspect pointed a firearm and attempted to rob them. Two shots were fired and no one was struck. On Aug. 2 at approximately 8 a.m., an Ottawa Police Service officer was flagged down about a disturbance in the 400 block of Rideau Street in the Lowertown area. The officer spoke with a woman who said she had been approached from behind by an unknown male while out walking. The male allegedly sexually assaulted her and attempted to expose himself. A suspect was located nearby and arrested without incident. Nasir Abdi Suldaan, 44, was charged with sexual assault and breach of probation. A 47-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and assault and remains in custody. A pair of scissors was seized at the scene. Police believe the incident is mental health related. The London Ambulance Service treated the four patients at the scene and took them to a major trauma centre by road. m., a 16-year-old teen fired multiple shots at a residence on Sagebrush Street in south Windsor, near Dougall Parkway and Highway 401. Several children were inside the home at the time of the shooting, but no physical injuries were reported. The shots struck a front window and a basement wall near the rear of the home. The firearm was discharged from a stolen black Cadillac SUV, which had been taken from an auto body repair shop in Chatham. The vehicle was later found in the Riverside area with ammunition still inside. Police also seized several packages of suspected crystal methamphetamine during the arrest.
