Adina Mihai, 31, and Madalin Dumitru, 30, from Essex, UK, have been sentenced to 17 years in prison each. The couple ran a deadly honeytrap scheme, luring vulnerable men who were seeking sexual services before secretly spiking their drinks with a sedative and stealing valuables. Malcolm King, 80, and Gary Mouat, 37, died as a result of the poisoning. Two further victims were also poisoned but survived. Police believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
