Police received the report on 30/07/2026 and arrested 47-year-old Christian Javier Gutierrez later that day. Following two additional reports from other complainants, Gutierrez was charged with three further counts of sexual assault, bringing the total to four charges. He operates a massage therapy business in the downtown core; the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario has been notified. Investigators believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
