Investigators from the LPS road safety section reviewed video surveillance footage related to the incident. As a result, five men from communities outside London — Fort Erie, Milverton, Walkerton and West Lorne — were identified and charged with a combined 74 Highway Traffic Act and vehicle-related offences. The charges relate to stunt driving, unsafe vehicle operation, and various vehicle equipment offences. Five vehicles were impounded and towed.
