On 27.08.2026 at approximately 11:15 a.m., members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested Francisco Rodriguez Hernandez, 39, outside Eddie's Taco House at 402 W. Cevallos St. in Southtown. Hernandez was wanted on a federal warrant for a parole violation. During the arrest, authorities found two missing minors inside Hernandez's vehicle. Hernandez is not their legal guardian. The minors were safely returned to their guardians. Hernandez was booked into the Bexar County Jail on Friday in connection with the parole violation.
