On 02.08.2008, a man known as Clark Rockefeller was arrested in Baltimore after a tip-off from a concerned citizen. He is charged with felony custodial kidnapping, assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The suspect had a 26-foot catamaran docked at a nearby marina. Investigators lured him out of his apartment by claiming his boat was taking on water. The victim, Reigh Boss, was found unharmed in the apartment and reunited with her mother, Sandra Boss, on 02.08.2008. The kidnapping began in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood when Rockefeller attacked a social worker during a supervised visit. He allegedly arranged drivers to take them to New York City.
