On 16.04.2023. in Latvia, Jekabpils region RUSINS blocked the road in front of the car driven by his ex-wife, son and ex-wife's mother. RUSINS smashed the door window of the car and in presence of his minor son and ex-wife's mother inflicted several opened-chop, stab-wounds dangerous to life in the area of face and neck, which directly resulted in death of his ex-wife. Maximum penalty possible - 20 years imprisonment. Nationality: Latvian.
