Asif Abdul RAZZAQ, born on January 1, 1963, is wanted by the Spain authorities for Illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. They are considered directly responsible for executing the financial operations that enabled the launch and management of the shipment seized aboard the vessel *Nehir*. Furthermore, he not only provides financial services but also enables the concealment of illicitly obtained funds through the *hawala* method or the management of cryptoassets, thereby hindering identification and traceability.
