Volodymyr Viktorovych TYMOSHCHUK (ТИМОЩУК), born October 2, 1996, is wanted by French authorities. He is a Ukrainian male of European ethnicity, approximately 180 cm tall with brown eyes. Aliases include Deadforz, Boba, Farnetwork, Msfv, and Volotmsk. He is suspected of computer-related crime, participation in a criminal organization, racketeering, and extortion. From 2018 to 2020, Tymoshchuk and his accomplices deployed the LOCKERGOGA ransomware, causing over $18 billion in worldwide damage to hundreds of victim companies. The investigation is ongoing.
