2. Fraudulent acquisition of travel documents contrary to section 6 of counter trafficking in persons Act No. 8 of 2010.
3. Interfering with travel documents contrary to section 8(a) of the counter trafficking in persons Act No. 8 of 2010.
4. Promoting trafficking in persons contrary to section 5(d) of the counter trafficking in persons Act No. 8 of 2010.
5. Engaging in employment without a work permit contrary to section 53(1)(m) of the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act No. 12 of 2011.
6. Unlawfully being present in Kenya contrary to section 53(1)(j) of the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act No. 12 of 2011.
