On the night of 26/27.03.2022 in Chorzów / Poland, in the vicinity of the football stadium, acting with the direct intention of depriving a person of life, he sneaked into a parked BMW car in which the victim was in the driver's seat and, after opening the driver's side door, he stabbed him multiple times in the area of the head, neck, chest and upper limbs, and pressed his neck with his hands, causing injuries in the form of wounds in a total number of approximately 50, resulting in the victim's death due to internal and external haemorrhage, i.e. an act under Art. 148 § 1 of the Penal Code.
